I understand that Global Patent Development does not promise any financial gain from development of any new product idea.
Global Patent Development does not offer evaluations of idea submissions for commercial potential; therefore, the total number evaluated in the past five years is zero (0), the number of positive evaluations is zero (0) and the number of negative evaluations is zero (0). The total number of customers who have contracted with Global Patent Development in the past five years is ninety two (92). The number of customers who received a net financial profit over the company’s history, since 2017 (the opening of our company), is one (1). Global Patent Development does not offer Licensing Negotiation services. Since March 2017, the total number of customers known by Global Patent Development to have received license agreements for their product ideas as a direct result of Global Patent Development’s services is zero (0) Global Patent Development does NOT offer licensing negotations we only assist you in possible routes of finding licensing yourself.
It is Global Patent Development's normal practice to seek more than one contract in connection with a submitted idea. Those contracts are:
Pre-Development and Representation- Global Patent Development will: (a) provide information on products and patents relevant to the development of the product idea; and (b) attempt to locate a manufacture for the product idea after it is fully protected unless requested other wise by the inventor. Global Patent Development charges a fee of anywhere between six hundred and ninety five dollars ($695) and two thousand dollars ($2000) depending on product difficulty plus a ten percent commission of all money received by the client on the sale or license of the product.
Types of Second Phase Agreements- Depending upon the degree of client preparation and the difficulty of the concept, Global Patent Development typically offers either: (a) New Product Sample Agreement- Global Patent Development offers to professionally design and construct a product sample, graphics, packaging and presentation materials; (b) Integrated Product Rendering agreement- Global Patent Development offers to prepare design images and graphics suitable for presentation of the idea; or, (c) App development- Global Patent Development offers to develop a computer application for submission to a publisher of applications or for use in conjunction with a developed product; (d) Custom agreement- Global Patent Development offers to perform services in one or more areas of video, design work, graphics,writing or package preparation. While the fees for these services are individually quoted based upon the complexity, type and anticipated design work and materials to be used in designing and constructing the invention, the fees typically range from three thousand dollars ($3,000) to fifteen thousand dollars ($20,000).
Additional Presentation/Repackaging/Refurbishment- For three hundred and ninety five dollars ($395). We will create an additional set of graphics and, if necessary, refurbish/repair the product sample and packaging.
Representation Agreement- Clients who have quantities of professionally manufactured products and are looking for licensing or distribution channels may be offered this service in lieu of all other services.
